Welcome to your gateway to the best in musical theatre, light opera, and operetta in Atlanta!

The Atlanta Lyric Theatre is the metro area's only local musical theatre company, performing three mainstage productions each season accompanied by a full union orchestra - and all with Atlanta's own professional talent. The Lyric is committed to fostering a greater awareness of this genre in the theatre-going public in Atlanta and at the same time encouraging and supporting local vocalists, actors and musicians. Browse through our site to learn more about our season, tickets, seating, our repertoire, and our educational programs, including the Educational Enrichment Program and the brand-new Lyric Academy. If you can't find what you need, send us an e-mail at info@atlantalyrictheatre.com and we'll help you personally!

The Ferst Center for the Arts on the campus of Georgia Tech is our home theatre and has been for the last thirteen seasons. All tickets are sold through the Ferst Center Box Office at 404-894-9600 or online through Tickets.com.

The Lyric is funded in part by the Fulton County Commission through a grant from the Fulton County Arts Council, and through the Georgia Council for the Arts, through the appropriations of the Georgia General Assembly. The Council is a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. The Lyric is a member of the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts.

Our upcoming season, the 2004-2005 Season, our 25th Anniversary Season! It's as exciting as ever, beginning with our black tie event, An Evening with The Lyric in October. Following our gala fundraiser is a retrospective of the many works of Gilbert & Sullivan, 25 Years of Gilbert & Sullivan performed with the Georgia Tech Symphony Orchestra on stage, along with Sir William Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan on stage themselves! Jerry Herman's Jerry's Girls follows in February with David Parlier returning for Man of LaMancha wrapping up our main-stage productions in late April and early May. A special Spring Serenade with barbecue, singing and fun with all of your favorite people from the Lyric. It's a season you most certainly don't want to miss! Tickets are on sale now through our Box Office page.
