GHEA’s 2014 “Honoring the Graduates” Ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 4:00 pm, in Salons 1–3 of the Gwinnett Convention Center, with a reception following the ceremony.

In order for a student to participate in GHEA’s graduation ceremony, parents must sign an affidavit stating that the graduate has been homeschooled* for a minimum of two years and that the graduate has completed a minimum of 22 credits. Due to limited space, we are able to honor a maximum of 50 graduates whose families are members of GHEA. We will accept the first 50 graduates who return their completed graduation packets by May 9, 2014.

To request a graduation packet, please send your request to, and include the graduate’s name, the parents’ names, your address and phone number. The deadline for requesting a graduation packet is May 1, 2014, and the deadline for returning your completed packet is May 9, 2014. Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot in the graduation ceremony when you request your packet; spots will be given to the first 50 graduates who return their completed packet by May 9, 2014. Also keep in mind that you will need to mail your packet at least three business days prior to this date so it will arrive in our offices by May 9, 2014.

Information on all details of the graduation ceremony (such as what to wear, who may attend, what time to arrive, etc.) are included in the graduation packet. If you have any additional questions, please call 678-575-3933 or 770-461-3657.
